Benjamin Moss’ artistic journey traverses the post-industrial landscape of the West Midlands to the metropolis and cultural centre of London. Working across the mediums of painting, photography, print and sculpture to depict various feelings and sentiments, Moss uses memories of his own experience and recent history to inform his creative output. Describing his notebook as his “Bible”, Moss is keen to transcribe emotions onto the canvas, moulding them in his work as he plays with texture and layering. He has created a range of works, including those that satirise scandals and unpick, critique, and admire British culture.
